Watch a whole sale, end to end
The three stages every deal moves through: proving the seller actually owns the experience, securing the money with a licensed escrow provider before anything changes hands, and transferring the Roblox group before a cent is released.
Five steps between a listing and a safe handover
Every stage is instrumented. Nothing advances on trust alone.

Step 1 of 5
Connect & verify
Sellers link Roblox via OAuth. We confirm they control the experience, directly or through the owning group, before anything goes live.
Step 2 of 5
List with live data
Concurrent players, visits, favorites and votes stream from Roblox APIs with source and capture time attached. Buyers evaluate reality, not screenshots.

Trust is the product
Anyone can list a game. The hard part is proving it is theirs, that the numbers are real, and that the paperwork holds. That is the whole job.
Ownership, actually verified
Sellers authenticate with Roblox OAuth and we confirm control of the experience or its owning group against the Roblox API before a listing can go live.

Straight answers to fair questions
Buying a game is a serious decision. If anything is unclear, ask before you commit. That is what the deal room is for.
Read the full documentation01What exactly am I buying or selling?
The intellectual property and business assets of a Roblox experience: the game, its source and assets, and control of the Roblox group that owns it, documented in a per-deal asset purchase agreement. Placevault never brokers Roblox accounts, credentials or Robux; those listings are prohibited and removed.
02How does the escrow protection work?
When terms are agreed, a transaction is created with our escrow provider, a licensed escrow company. The buyer pays them directly. The seller only transfers the game once funds are secured, and funds are only released after the buyer verifies full control during the inspection window. Placevault never holds the money.
03How do I know the numbers are real?
Concurrent players, visits, favorites and votes are pulled from Roblox public APIs on a schedule, with the source and capture time displayed on every listing. Revenue figures are labeled by provenance (API-verified or seller-provided with documentation). Sellers cannot edit synced metrics.
04What does it cost?
Listing is free. When a deal completes, Placevault charges the seller a success fee of 5% up to $5,000, 4% up to $50,000, and 3% above that. There is no minimum commission. The escrow fee is a negotiated term of each offer: buyer, seller, or split evenly, with buyer as the default. Minimum listing price is $200. Every fee is shown before you commit to anything.
05When does the seller get paid?
After the buyer confirms handover during the 3-day inspection period, our escrow provider releases the funds directly to the seller, minus the agreed fees. If something goes wrong, the dispute process protects both sides while the funds stay secured.
